Each Yurta product is crafted with the utmost care, using natural materials and artisanal processes that guarantee quality, strength, and durability over time.

Legal guarantee

All our products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee starting from the delivery date, in compliance with European regulations (Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code).

The warranty covers defects in conformity and manufacturing that occur during correct use of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper use or incorrect maintenance

• Natural wear and tear due to time

• Unauthorized alterations or modifications to the product

Support procedure

If you encounter any problems or defects, please contact us within 7 days of discovery by sending:

• a brief description of the defect,

• the order number or proof of purchase,

• some photographs that clearly show the problem.

Our team will respond to you within 24–48 business hours to find the best solution together: replacement, repair, or refund.

Care and maintenance

To keep your Yurta products in perfect condition:

• avoid direct exposure to intense sunlight or heat sources,

• clean surfaces only with soft cloths and natural products,

• periodically nourish the wood with specific natural oils.
