Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery is handled by courier and normally takes 3–5 business days from shipment.

Standard shipping is free throughout Italy.

When available, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow your order's shipment.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@yurtahome.com and including your order number and the products you wish to return.

For customers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery is always guaranteed, without the need to provide a reason.

Products must be returned intact, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Direct return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated or in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly received products.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned in cases provided for by applicable law.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the terms provided by law.
