A coordinated set that reinterprets the ancient textile art of Kazakhstan through an essential and contemporary language. Composed of a rectangular felt rug and two matching chair covers, the set draws inspiration from syrmaks, traditional Kazakh felt rugs, transforming their motifs and materials into a proposal designed for today’s interiors.
The characteristic ivory-colored ornamental motif unfolds across the gray background, creating an elegant graphic contrast that is further enhanced by the braided trim. Repeated across all three elements, the design creates continuity and allows for a harmonious and instantly recognizable composition.
The textured surface of the felt, soft and pleasant to the touch, retains the natural variations of the fibers, which lend depth and character to every piece. These slight irregularities contribute to its authenticity: each set possesses its own unique nuances and details.
